Program description
The need for Master of Leadership (MOL) is acute for the fact that it brings together the factors of production: money, machinery, men, methods, markets and material to enable the country to experience economic development. The program is designed for technical and functional experts, supervisors, managers, and executives looking to develop the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors required to effectively lead teams, groups and organizations in a complex and dynamic global business environment. Issues of ethical integrity, social responsibility, technology, and environmental sustainability are integrated into all the program courses. Hence, leadership program will contribute to the Ethiopian economy growth through producing competent and qualified graduate of leadership and providing research and consultancy service to the society, organization and the government. Second, Leaders create jobs on one hand and products and services on the other hand. Therefore, it is essential to produce qualified graduates for this purpose
